Guide to Identify Pages For a Specific Sitecore Form

Access the form

• From the Dashboard click on the Forms button (Sits in the Marketing Applications section, see the screenshot below)

Select the form

• Select the form which you want to check on which pages it is used.

Get page details

• On the right panel, look up the section "Used on the following pages" and by hovering over it, you can see the location of the page and by clicking on it, it will copy the Page ID.
